As Executive Chairman, Mr. Sadiv oversees the growth and supervises the management and strategy execution of the Novatrans group of companies. Mr. Sadiv founded Novatrans as a super-angel investor after the successful acquisition of his former technology company.

Mr. Sadiv has built an excellent local and international standing as an industrialist and serial entrepreneur, who has invested in and served as a board member of numerous hi-tech companies and financial institutions. In his early years, Mr. Sadiv founded the Young Business Forum (YBF). He was also a professional staff member of the Hebrew University Business School, while still he acts as a Mentor for MBA excellent students, and an advisor to the Israeli Parliament’s Finance & Capital Markets Committee, as well as to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Mr. Sadiv holds a B.Sc. in economics and statistics with a minor in law, and an M.Sc./MBA (Hebrew University 1989) with high honors in the fields of finance, banking and accounting. He is a Major (Res.) in the Israeli Air Force.

Committed to the community, Mr. Sadiv is a board member of the Ramon Foundation for Excellence in Education (named after the first Israeli Astronaut Ilan Ramon) and actively supports numerous other organizations which are supporting youth. He is married second time and together they have 7 kids. In his spare time, Mr. Sadiv enjoys flying a helicopter.

Eran Gabbai

Mr. Gabbai is an inventor and biotechnology developer with 25 years of experience and expertise in nanotechnology, material science and water-based products for pharmaceutical, molecular biology, and medical diagnostics applications. Mr. Gabbai’s products serve as superior biocatalysts, solvents, reagents, media enhancers, and buffers, which significantly improve product price-performance.

Prior to joining Novatrans, Mr. Gabbai was the CTO and the CEO of a company that developed water-based products for industry. In the past decade, Mr. Gabbai had focused on collaborating with Prof. Eshel Ben-Jacob and Prof. Yakir Aharonov, both from Tel Aviv University, on studies in Biological Physics and Quantum Mechanics, as well as with Prof. Arie Zaban from the Bar-Ilan University on Nanotechnology research. He has also conducted research on biofilms with Dr. Yoram Siegel, head of the Urology Department at Asaf-Ha-Rofe hospital and with Prof. Shlomo Magdassi from the Casali Institute of Applied Chemistry of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as many other high-level technological leaders.

Mr. Gabbai was working with water and trying to have better understand how to use and control this medium for better visualizes structures and networking in Terahertz domain for finding better solutions for today’s problems. Joining Novatrans will put Novatrans in a position to utilize TeraWater, for creating new technological solutions for the use of various industries.

Mrs. Ness oversees the development, growth and implementation of business initiatives of Novatrans corporate management. In her role she works collaboratively with strategic partners, stakeholders, industry experts and the global investment community.

Mrs. Ness is a seasoned executive with a wealth of international knowledge and a diverse network. She is an expert in strategic business development, investor relations and creative marketing communications. Mrs. Ness served as VP business relations for Vital OP Hedge firm, worked with NGOs, startups and private companies and was Communication Manager for OmniGuide Surgical, a medical device company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Mrs. Ness holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Public Communications from Bar-Ilan University, Israel, and a Masters degree in Global Marketing, Communication and Advertising from Emerson College, Boston, Massachusetts. Mrs. Ness is a certified mediator and member of the international advertising association

Mrs. Ness supports the Shanti House – a home for youth in risk.
She is a writer and speaker on the topic of Chance Management.

Ramy Cohen

Between 2013-2014, M. Cohen served as Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Within these confines, he was responsible for numerous and diverse issues related to animal and plant food production, veterinary service, flora protection, Agricultural Research Institute, among others, and acquired extensive expertise and experience in the work of the government and its subunits.

Between 2004-2013, he served as independent advisor on strategic planning and contingency plans for large entities, including government ministries, government and private companies, water and sewage corporations (Bank of Israel, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Tourism, IAI, etc.).

Ramy Cohen holds a BA in General History from Tel-Aviv University, an MA in Strategy and National Security from École Militaire in Paris, is a retired colonel in the IAF, following 24 years service in command and General Staff positions including command of elite units and operational base.

Mr. Braun is in charge of the generic system development: command electronics, optics, mechanics and real time software.

Mr. Braun has a vast experience in instrumentation development for the telecommunication industry. He worked for three decades for known telecom equipment developers as Tadiran Telecom and ECI Telecom in leading positions from R&D;/Engineering Team Leader to Senior Director into the R&D.;
As a young engineer, Mr. Braun specialized and worked in the main-frame computer maintenance, leading a large maintenance crew formed from highly specialized engineers and technicians. Later he was part of the education program training executives in the mini and micro-computers hardware.

Mr. Braun has a Master of Science degree from the IPB Bucharest, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunication.
He has taken many courses in the field of hardware, software and management with leading schools in Israel and with international companies.

Gilad Diamant

Mr. Diamant joined Novatrans in 2004, in his current role he focuses on the characterization of the THz system and application development.

Mr. Diamant brings a wealth of experience working in multi-disciplinary environments, including Software engineering, Medicine, Bioinformatics, Internet, telephony, and Speech recognition. As the first employee at Novatrans, Mr. Diamant has gained a broad view and deep understanding of the technological core competences of the company. Prior to joining Novatrans, Mr. Diamant worked for over a decade in several hi-tech companies, in technical and managerial positions and in a variety of application areas. Companies include Compugen – where he served as head of the bioinformatics products group and Comverse – as a software engineer and a team leader, specializing in speech recognition applications.

Gilad holds a B.Sc. with honors in physics and computer science from Tel-Aviv University. He is a co-Inventor of several patents. In the recent years Mr. Diamant promotes scientific-skeptical thinking in Israel via Lectures, a blog and management of a large virtual community. He is the author of the book “Sharp Thinking”, published in 2013.

Boaz Weinfeld

Mr. Weinfeld joined Novatrans in 2009. He is managing the vacuum device (TeraChip) technology development and technology transfer to manufacturing, and responsible for the Terahertz spectroscopy system development and production.

Mr. Weinfeld served at Intel for over sixteen years in various management and technology positions. He managed engineering team at Intel manufacturing site in Jerusalem. Later he moved to Intel Design Center to manage physical designers and circuit team.
Following this position, Mr. Weinfeld managed MEMS and Silicon Photonics R&D; group at the Intel site in Jerusalem.
Before joining Novatrans, Mr. Weinfeld moved to Intel Flash Memory Group. He spent one year in Santa-Clara California, developing new Flash technology and one year in Numonyx (Intel spin-off) at Qiryat-Gat, Israel.

Mr. Weinfeld holds B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics, M.Sc. in Physics, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and EMBA from the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration in Tel-Aviv University. He lives in Jerusalem with his wife and three kids.

With more than 20 years of experience as a hi-tech developer in Israeli industry, Yuval has profound knowledge in the construction and development of multidisciplinary systems, and the ability to interact with and understand the terms and needs of each discipline. With extensive time in engineering as a test bench and diagnostics developer, Yuval is able to bridge the gap between development and production needs. He has worked with many leading companies, subcontractors and other top developers to collaborate and build solutions integrated the knowledge from all sources.

Liron has an extensive R&D; and engineering experience with multidisciplinary technical knowhow in global project management and system development. She has a proven knowledgeable in development and transfer to production of medical devices from their initiation, through feasibility, conceptual and detailed design.

Before joining Novatrans, Liron served as R&D; Director at SmartZyme Biopharma, and Israeli Startup Company that developed a platform for protein engineering‎. Before that she served as a director of engineering and new products development at LabStyle‎ Innovation Ltd., the company who developed Dario™ - mobile diabetes management platform, including all-in-one blood glucose meter. Prior to Joining LabStyle Liron served as an R&D; Project Manager at Medingo, an Israeli company that was acquired by Roche. Prior that she held a Post Doctorate position at the Biomedical Engineering Department at the Technion.
Liron holds Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering Department from the Technion.

In her role at Novatrans Mrs. Mendels heads the marketing activity of Novatrans. She has over a decade of marketing experience in the introduction of advanced technologies and services.

Prior to Novatrans, Mrs. Mendels served as the Marketing Director of Comverse Multimedia Messaging Division. In addition, she served as the Director of Marketing at Celltick, developing mass market mobile marketing products engaging users on mobile devices. Mrs. Mendels also worked as the Consumer Marketing Manager and a member of the founding team of Israel\'s leading mobile operator, Orange.

Mrs. Mendels holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Tel-Aviv University in Israel.

Yaron Shafrir

Chinese Relations Manager

Mr. Shafrir is an expert in channel and business development in China, primarily in the communication industry, internet, software and the electronics industries. He has gained extensive experience in executive management of high-tech companies in China over the last nineteen years.

Mr. Shafrir was the CEO of Tafnit, and served in many roles and divisions within the group. He was the Chief Representative and General Manager for China and Hong Kong of Tafnit Technologies Far East Corporation Ltd. and was Vice President of Business Development & Marketing of Tafnit Communications Ltd., in charge of the establishment of Tafnit\'s operations in China and Hong Kong and leading special projects in this area.

Mr. Shafrir has profound knowledge of the Chinese language and business culture in China. He holds a BA in Southeast Asia Studies and Geography from Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and a Diploma from the Beijing Institute of Business, Beijing, China. Mr. Shafrir was born in Jerusalem. He is married with 3 kids and in his spare time likes to cycle and hike.

Mr. Nadler joined Novatrans in 2017, as an Applications Analyst and Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman Mr. Oren Sadiv. In his role, Mr. Nadler is responsible for the research of new ventures and projects, preparing analysis and liaising Mr. Sadiv with various strategic partners.

Mr. Nadler believes Novatrans products and solutions will be an integrated part of our lives and future. He holds a Bachelor degree in business from the University of Vienna and a Masters degree in the field of Renewable Energy from TAU, Tel Aviv University.

In his previous position, Mr. Nadler was an Executive Manager at Eastridge Finance, a financing company helping small businesses in the US efficiently fulfill their financial goals.

In his spare time, Mr. Nadler enjoys playing tennis, hiking, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.

Alon Hoshmand has recently rejoined our management team as our SVP Finance, North America. Alon Hoshmand, one of our early investors, has a diverse and extensive experience of over 20 years in finance and business, working for some well known financial institutions as well as an entrepreneur. He started his formal career in finance at Salomon Brothers\\\\\\\' (a.k.a Salomon Smith Barney and later Citigroup) Financial Institutions Group working on various capital raising and M&A; assignments. He subsequently joined Hambro America (a.k.a. Tower Hill Inc.) working on a range of private equity placements, focusing primarily on high-tech companies. As an entrepreneur and investor, Alon has been involved in a range of businesses and investments in industries such as biotech, healthcare, and real estate. He\\\\\\\'s worked with a number of New York based start-ups to advise on capital raising as well as business development and general strategy. Alon has been living in New York close to 30 years. He\\\\\\\'s been involved with a number of local and Israeli related causes. He is currently a Board Member of the Dror Foundation, a non-profit organization that benefits wounded IDF veterans. Alon has earned his BA with honors majoring in Accounting and Economics from Queens College, City University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business.

Nicholas Donofrio

Advisory Board

Nicholas Donofrio is a 44-year IBM veteran who held the coveted positions of Executive Vice President Innovation and Technology, and was also selected as an IBM fellow, the company’s highest technical honor. Mr. Donofrio holds seven technology patents, is a member of numerous technical and science honor societies, and holds several board positions.

Mr. Donofrio is focused sharply on advancing education, employment and career opportunities for underrepresented minorities and women in the STEM disciplines. He served for many years on the Board of Directors for the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) and was NACME\'s Board chair from 1997 through 2002. He also served for several years on the Board of Directors for INROADS, a non-profit organization focused on the training and development of talented minority youth for professional careers in business and industry. In 2003, he was awarded the Rodney D. Chipps Memorial Award by the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and remains an active member of SWE.

In 2002-2003, he led the work effort for the Council on Competitiveness around their National Innovation Initiative (NII) which went on to become the America Competes Act.
In 2005, the U.S. Department of Education appointed him to the Commission on the Future of Higher Education, a 20-member delegation of business and university leaders charged with developing a national strategy for post-secondary education to meet the needs of America\'s diverse population and workforce. The commission report, A Test of Leadership: Charting the Future of Higher Education, is available through the US Department of Education.
In 2011-2012 he chaired a special committee tasked by the Governor of VT to evaluate the relationship between the State of VT and UVM. The committee report, New Ideas for Changing Times: Strengthening the Partnership Between the State of Vermont and the University of Vermont was accepted by the Governor of VT and the President of UVM.
In 2012, Donofrio was invited to become an independent advisor for agencies within the USA Intelligence Community.
In 2013 he became a visiting lecturer at Columbia University’s School of Continuing Education.
He chaired the work effort for the National Academy of Engineering that resulted in the March 2015 release of the NAE report Making Value for America: Embracing the Future of Manufacturing, Technology and Work.

Donofrio holds a master\'s degree and a bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, respectively. He has received honorary doctorates from Polytechnic University (now NYU-Poly), University of Warwick-UK, Marist College, University of Edinburgh-UK, Pace University, National University of Ireland-Maynooth and Syracuse University.

He is a Fellow of the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers, a member of Tau Beta Pi, Eta Kappa Nu & Sigma Xi engineering and science honor societies, a Fellow of the U.K-based Royal Academy of Engineering, a member of the US-based National Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a member of the Board of Directors for the Bank of New York Mellon, Liberty Mutual, Delphi Automotive, AMD, O\'Brien & Gere, Sproxil and MITRE. From 1993 to 2013 he served as a member of the Board of Trustees at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He currently is a member of the Board of Trustees for Syracuse University, the New York Hall of Science (co-chair 2007- 2013) and the New York Genome Center. In December 2013, he was named by the Governor of CT Chairmam of the Board of Regents for Higher Education. In 2014 he was elected to the Board of Trustees for the USIP’s Peace Tech Lab and in 2015 became its Chairman.

Barak Ben Eliezer

Mr. Ben Eliezer is the co-founder and managing partner of WINNOVATION — a private fund investing in start-ups. Previously he was the VP of XIV, one of the successful companies sold to IBM.

Mr. Ben Eliezer is the former commander of TALPIOT Program, he is one of the founders of the “President’s Program for Nurturing the State of Israel’s Future Scientists and Inventors”, founded the “Einstein Network” a global network for the future of mankind, and was a special advisor in the fields of Strategy and Technology to the Police Commissioner and to the National Security Council.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Physics and Computers, and is studying towards a Master degree in History, Philosophy and Sociology of Science at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Meir Hadar

Mr. Hadar is the CEO of Naftali Investments and is currently a chairman and an active member in Boards of Directors of several private and publicly held companies.

He is a highly successful Business Executive with over 20 years of experience in Commercial & Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO’s & Secondaries, Management and Consulting. Executed over 100 public & private equity placements, is well connected in the Local and International Business Arena and has extensive knowledge of the Israeli High-Tech & Bio Tech Industries.

Mr. Hadar was the President & CEO of Orama Ltd. (IDB Group) an International VC fund with a vast partnership network, including companies such as: Siemens, Softbank, PCCW, Intel, Compaq etc. In addition, Mr. Hadar was also the president & CEO of YLR Capital Markets, Underwriting & Investments for 10 years.

Mr. Hadar is a CPA, with an MBA from Tel-Aviv University. He also completed the Advanced Executive Program, at Kellog Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Arik Steinberg

Mr. Steinberg was the chairman of the Board of Psagot Ofek Investment House one of Israel\'s leading investment houses. In addition to his duties in Psagot Ofek he served on the board of directors of numerous public and private companies, and as a director on the investment committees of institutional investors such as provident funds and mutual funds.
Mr. Steinberg has an extensive professional and managerial experience in the financial markets and investment banking.

Mr. Steinberg served as President and CEO at Ilanot Batucha Investment House, later changed to Clal Finance, the largest and leading investment firm in Israel. The company’s diverse activities include, among others: public and private offerings, investment banking, investment portfolio management, mutual fund management, market making in financial assets, the Forex market and others.

Prior to that, Mr. Steinberg served as Managing Director of Etgar, one of the leading portfolio management companies in Israel. Previously he served as manager of the investment division of the Israeli Phoenix Insurance Company, one of the leading and dominant insurance groups in Israel.
Mr. Steinberg served as a member of the board of directors both at the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and at Maalot Israel’s rating company (business partner of S&P;). He has a BA from Tel-Aviv University.

Doron Bergerbest-Eilon

Mr. Bergerbest-Eilon is the Founder, President and CEO of the ASERO Group and its holdings ASERO Worldwide, which ranks among the world’s leading consulting firms in the fields of global security and risk management and ANTEO Worldwide, an industry leader in the provision of tailor-made technology and situation management solutions for critical infrastructure, transportation and safe city initiatives.

In this capacity, Mr. Bergerbest-Eilon has been involved in varying capacities in the design, development and implementation of proven strategies and solutions aimed at maximizing infrastructure protection for government agencies and multi-national companies and clients throughout the world.

Prior to founding the ASERO Group, Mr. Bergerbest-Eilon served as the Head of the Security and Protection Division of the Israel Security Agency (ISA) and Israel’s senior-most ranking anti-terrorism official, a position equivalent to the rank of Major General. In this capacity,
Mr. Bergerbest-Eilon assumed a number of national responsibilities related to the protection of: Israeli dignitaries; international and internal border crossings; Israeli domestic and international civil aviation and all foreign civil aviation in the State of Israel; Israeli ports and Israeli vessels in foreign ports; Israel’s diplomatic security service; and, Israeli official delegations travelling abroad, such as Olympic teams, official exhibitions and other forums.

Mr. Bergerbest-Eilon sits on the Board of Advisors for Pictet & Cie in Switzerland. He is also actively involved in several international security forums and the founder of the International Physical Security Forum. In May 2005, Mr. Bergerbest-Eilon was presented with the Director’s Recognition Award, the U.S. Secret Service Director’s highest commendation.
Mr. Bergerbest-Eilon holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) and a Masters Degree (MA) in Political Science, specializing in national security from Haifa University in Israel. He is also a graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration program at Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Eli Yahalom

Medical Advisor

Dr. Yahalom brings a wealth of management and global experience in the Life Science Innovation Industry. He was the CEO and Founder of BondX recycling solutions.

Prior to founding BondX, he was the CEO of Kinrot Technological Incubator, dedicated to water technologies, Israeli co-partner in the \"Terra-Acqua\" project consulting to the Italian Minister of Agriculture. Dr. Yahalom also served as the President and CEO of Tellus Biotech Ltd. Business Development, Environmentally Friendly Projects of DSBG, V.P. Marketing and sales of Orgenics, Business Development Manager of new product line for Golf courses at Haifa-Chemicals. He has also served as Chief Scientist and Business Development manager of one of the leading Agro Business enterprises Hagarin Ltd.

Dr. Yahalom holds a PhD from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel and an MBA. He leads an environment sensitive approach in all of his positions and projects.

Dadi (David) Perlmutter

Mr. Perlmutter is a managing partner in Eucalyptus Growth Capital, focusing on investment in growing technology companies.

Mr. Perlmutter served untill early 2014 as an executive vice president, general manager of the Intel Architecture Group (IAG) and chief product officer of Intel Corporation. He was responsible for the business and development of Intel’s platform solutions for all computing and communication segments including data-centers, desktops, laptops, handhelds, embedded devices, and computer electronics and was responsible for many of Intel product innovations as the i387, Pentium, Pentium Pro, Centrino and Core product lines and created new businesses for Intel mainly in the Server and Mobile computing market segments
Mr. Perlmutter now chairs a couple of non-profit organizations (The Israel Innovation Institute, and Mishelanu), and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Technion, and serves as a director at Mellanox Technologies and a few other startups.

Mr. Perlmutter joined Intel in 1980 after graduating from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. He holds patents on branch target buffers and multiprocessing cache coherency protocols. Perlmutter received an award for innovation in industrial development from the Israeli president in 1987 for the development of the i387 math coprocessor. Perlmutter was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Electronics and Electronics Engineers for his contributions to the mobile computer industry.

Prof. Arie Orenstein

Prof. Arie Orenstein is a plastic surgeon specializing in light and laser applications. In addition, he is a scientific research and development entrepreneur who has spearheaded the advancement of numerous new diagnostic and therapeutic technologies.
Prof. Orenstein directs the ultra-modern Maurice and Gabriela Goldschleger Center for Advanced Medical Technologies at Sheba, which brings clinicians, scientists, academics and the medical technology industry together under one roof.

Prof. Orenstein graduated medical school in 1971 and began collaborating with a series of hi-tech companies. He later became a plastic surgeon specializing in reconstructive surgery and burns, and an internationally recognized expert in the clinical application of photodynamic therapy, utilizing light in the cure of skin cancers.
He was a fellow at the Beckman Laser Institute at the University of California at Irvine, and later became head of plastic and reconstructive surgery at Sheba.

He continues to lead research projects in skin tissue engineering and immunity, scar formation and control. For 12 years, Prof. Orenstein served as co-chairman of the Israel Medical Association and the Israeli representative on the World Medical Association board, and as chairman of the government-employed physician’s union in Israel.

The Sheba Regional Burns Center, which Orenstein heads along with Dr. Josef Haik, was founded in 1973 during the Yom Kippur War to treat the numerous soldiers who were badly burned.
Today, the center serves all of central Israel, and leads the country in burn prevention education and national burn trauma emergency preparedness. It is the only burn unit in Israel with in-house surgical, respiratory, intensive care and rehabilitation facilities especially devoted to burn treatment.

Walter Zwahlen

Since 2001, Mr. Zwahlen runs his own independent bureau WALTINVEST, in finance and management consulting, based in Auvernier, near Neuchatel, Switzerland. He is specialized in the establishment of companies, management, consulting and administration services as well as an independent financial advisor mostly for individuals. He is director and board member of several companies.

After a commercial apprentice in Saanen, Switzerland, and studying French and English, Mr. Zwahlen gained experience mainly in banking business, threw banks in Saanen, Neuchatel and Lausanne.

ICP Services Sàrl, based in Corcelles, near Neuchâtel in Switzerland, which specialises in company administration,
as well as providing business consultancy services.

Dr. Steve Moffatt

Dr. Moffatt is the CTO of Front End Products working on transistor level technology; he previously worked in the last 15 years as CEO, COO, CTO & GM in many Tech locations including, Taiwan, Korea, Israel and Bell Labs. He has overseen many key technology business spin-offs, and has been a vigorous in M&A; activities.

Dr. Moffatt originates from the Borders of Scotland and England; a 30+ years veteran of Silicon Valley, known for technology foresight and leadership. With training at Shell and a PhD from St. Andrews, he joined a small Applied Materials in 1981, now grown into the multi-billion dollar leader, in precision materials engineering and a global industrial bellwether.

Dr. Moffatt has a strong interest in Intellectual Property Portfolio Management, High Quality Patents and subsequent value and application in Technology Markets. He has been noted as Prolific Inventor with more than 300 global patent filings and 40 active issued US Patents in a broad range of technologies including lithography, thermal, epitaxy, ion implantation and semiconductor processing and energy applications.
He has been actively involved in global trade considerations, and served with advisory committees for technology products over the last 20 years, in Europe, Asia and USA, especially in regard to the Wassenaar Agreement. Steve is active in Amateur Radio and has worked technology and transmission from VLF (kHz) through the entire radio spectrum to, microwave, Teraherz and Optical.

Dr. Moffatt also holds a competition race licence and enjoys classic car competition along with modern leading edge performance GT and sports cars. With two UK Queens Awards, the Dan Maydan Award and three Presidents Awards in Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality he recently twice received “Best Patent Award” from Applied Materials. Mrs. Segal joined Novatrans in 2013, as Novatrans Office Admin. In her role Mrs. Segal provides administrative and organizational support to the group. She oversees the coordination and implementation of office procedures, special projects.

As an Executive PA, Mrs. Segal works closely with senior management providing professional services in addition to working closely with stakeholders, investors and various vendors. She possesses excellent interpersonal skills, dedication and the ability to work under strict schedules and assignments.
Prior to Novatrans she worked as an administrative assistant of the executive management department at Tamir Fishman & Co. investment house.

In her military service Mrs. Segal served as the coordinator of human resources in Golani, Israel’s top combat unit. She is currently studying for BA in Political Science and International Relations at the Open University.

Zahar Sidorenko

Mr. Ganon joined Novatrans in 2005 as the Administrator and Logistic Manger as well as the Personal Assistant for the Executive Chairman, Mr. Oren Sadiv.
As the Logistic Manager of Novatrans, Mr. Ganon handles relations, services and tasks with the group vendors in addition to maintenance of the offices facilities.

In his role Mr. Ganon handles multiple tasks with attention to fine details, as well as negotiations with the vendors, and other service providers of the group.
Mr. Ganon served in the Israeli Air force. He is married and has two children.

Giordano Rezzonico

Mr. Rezzonico focuses on business law. His main area of expertise is M&A.; He has led national and cross-border transactions in various sectors, including LBO acquisitions on behalf of private equity houses. He has advised various Swiss and foreign companies on the restructuring of their business, including re-domiciliations, mergers, de-mergers and transfers of assets as well as post-closing integrations and reorganizations. He has also advised on joint ventures and shareholders\' agreements.
Mr. Rezzonico\'s other key area of expertise is banking and finance. He has significant experience in establishing banks and securities dealers in Switzerland and negotiating the regulatory aspects of bank mergers, acquisitions or restructurings with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. He is a recognized expert by the FINMA and has acted in various capacities such as special investigator and liquidator of banks and financial intermediaries at the request of the Swiss regulator.

Mr. Rezzonico has substantial experience in assisting local and foreign groups in establishing or expanding operations in Switzerland, including incorporation of companies, dealing with complex share capital increases, post-closing integration issues, employment of staff, negotiation of work permits, acquisition of real estate by persons abroad, leasing issues, contracts, etc. He acts as Legal Counsel for a variety of mid-size corporations and large multinational companies.
Mr. Rezzonico joined KPMG in 1999 to found the Legal Department in Geneva. He has since then been appointed head of KPMG Legal Western Switzerland with overall responsibility for the French and Italian-speaking parts of the country. Prior to joining KPMG, Mr Rezzonico worked as an associate with the largest law firm in Switzerland (Lenz & Staehelin). He also worked as a foreign associate with Hogan & Hartson LLP in Washington, D.C.

In 2006, the Swiss partnership elected him to the Board of Directors of KPMG Switzerland.
Upon the change in the governance model of KPMG Switzerland in 2008, he was appointed as a member of the Partners’ Committee of the Swiss Firm. He kept such position until 2012.

Stuart D. Levi is co-head of Skadden’s Intellectual Property and Technology Group, and coordinates the firm’s outsourcing and privacy practices.
